Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Innerwear or personal hygiene items (if introduced)

    • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”


How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at charliefits.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product imagesOnce approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier partner when they arrive.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • COD orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

  • Refunds are subject to deduction of shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return the item and place a new order for your desired product or size.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us at within 7 days of receiving the product. as soon as possible.
