Eligibility Window: You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product imagesOnce approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier partner when they arrive.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Refunds are subject to deduction of shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return the item and place a new order for your desired product or size.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
